The project is located in Heping District of Tianjin and is at the heart of the finance zone. It covers an lot area of 27,000m² and a floor area of about 210,500m². The complex along the Hai river contains first-class office buildings, high-end apartment buildings and commercial podiums. They are typical art deco style architecture, especially for the crown of 262.95 m high office tower. We used different types of lighting such as exterior uplighting, exterior downlighting or lighting from interior lights to present the tower crown. The lighting focus for 6 residential buildings is also the top structures.

　　In short, this lighting design is to use different lighting technique to highlight the tall and straight features and aesthetic details of the architecture, creating landscape of abundance and brilliance in the night and making the whole project organically integrated into the in the amazing nightscape along Hai River. In addition, a lot of LED products were applied into the lighting scenes to meet the demand of different times while to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.
