The building is located in Nankai District of Tianjin, at the south of Yangtze River Road. It belongs to CBD of the city with the lot area of 7,960,000 m2 and the floor area of 445,500m², including 3 office buildings, commercial and residential buildings. FLSI is responsible for interior and exterior lighting design development. The accent lighting for the three office towers is to uplight the roof and corner structure of the buildigs and highlight the concise style of modern architecture. All the lights are installed in the grooves of the roof or the set-back at the corner structure of the buildings, which ensure the architecture to look neat and beautiful in the daytime. The lighting for the commercial podium are from interior lights, wall lights, canopy lights, cornices lights and advertisement logo lights with the uniform color temperature, which builds a comfortable commercial ambience.
