This plaza is located in Heping district of Tianjin and next to Bohai Building, is another famous landmark in the city. The total floor area is 125,300m², including three towers with 4-story commercial podium. Tower A is a 149.95 meters high commercial office building, Tower B and C are serviced apartment buildings of 98.65 meters high. FLSI was in charge of exterior lighting design and design development of the project. The lighting designers incorporated the luminaire perfectly into the structures and create a pleasant place.
