Located in Tianxin District of Changsha, Gold Bund Residence was invested by Changsha Juyun Investment co., LTD, and the architecture was designed by Wong & Tung International (Hong Kong). FLSI won the residential and commercial exterior lighting design contract through bidding. There are 3rd ,4th and 5th phases of construction, which cover an above-ground floor area of 470, 000m2. Combining with architectural form of the residences, the exterior lighting of the whole complex was designed as a sailboat fighting against the wind in the bustling city at night.
