The project is one of the five courtyards at Tai’an Road of Tianjin and is a combination of business service, hotel, office and apartments. The architectural design integrated with the exiting historic buildings and environment to create an open commercial space with fashion and vitality, forming a commercial business center like an fashionable plaza. The lighting design appreciates the architectural details and material textures whilst using dynamic lighting effects on the facades by lighting controls to meet the functional requirements and facilitate the commercial atmosphere.
